Why You Should Advertise at the 2009 AEA Conference

  • Introduce primary purchasers to your products and services.  Build recognition of your company and increase brand awareness.
  • Be included in the important networking directory of attendees, speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, and advertisers.  Conference attendees refer to this network long after the conference is over, often adding its members to the organizations permanent mailing lists.
  • Cannot attend the conference?  Advertising is the best way for you to reach new markets and still get your message included.
  • Announce your special activities, prize giveaways, or important occasions.  It’s the perfect way to meet attendees.

Yes!  We would like to advertise in the Conference Program.
Advertising space will be assigned by AEA based upon the receipt of artwork and payment of the fee.  Conference sponsors may receive better placement than companies only advertising at comparable advertising levels. 

The deadline to reserve advertising space in the 2009 AEA Conference Program is Friday, April 24, 2009.  Advertisements received after the deadline may not appear in the Conference Program.

Please send artwork along with payment and Advertising Opportunities Form to AEA on or before Friday, April 24, 2009.

  • Electronic submissions are preferred. Please provide artwork formatted as a high resolution (300 dpi or higher) Adobe Acrobat PDF compatible with Macintosh or PC. When creating a PDF, please "include all fonts."
  • Artwork not submitted as a PDF must be sent in a high resolution (300 dpi or higher) EPS, PSD, JPEG or AI format compatible with Macintosh or PC. If submitting an EPS, please include all supporting elements (screen and printer fonts, logos, photos, clip art, etc.).
  • Artwork that is two-color must be submitted in CMYK (four-color process colors). RGB or PMS spot colors must be converted to CMYK.
  • Artwork will NOT be accepted in Quicktime, Microsoft Publisher, or word-processing programs such as Microsoft Word. Artwork made for Web pages at a lower resolution will not be accepted.
  • If submitting art by e-mail, send to aedney@adoptuskids.org. If e-mail is unavailable, a CD or Zip drive formatted for PC or Macintosh, shipped via U.S. mail or other shipper, is accepted and must be accompanied by a paper proof.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of advertising space must be received in writing no later than Friday, April 24, 2009.  All fees paid will be refunded minus a $100 processing fee.  No refunds will be issued after this date for cancellations.  Please fax notice of cancellation to (410) 933-5716.
