The Deadline to Reserve Your Agency’s Exhibit Space at the 2009 AEA Conference is Friday April 24, 2009

Exhibit Space Description and Fees
Exhibit Space at the 2009 AEA Conference is in a prime area adjacent to workshops and general sessions and nearby registration.  Daily continental breakfast and afternoon break will be held in the exhibitor space so that conference attendees will have the opportunity to mingle frequently among the vendor tables.   

All exhibit space is table-top only and measure approximately 8’ x 8’. All exhibitors receive the same booth furnishings and signage and can use their own drapes and signage for additional identification.  Business or Vendor exhibitors also receive one complimentary conference registration for a booth staff person or executive.   Booth staff not attending the conference will receive special badges for passage into the exhibit area only.  Additional conference registrations are available to exhibitors at 15% savings off current registration costs (not to be used in conjunction with other discounts offered).  For hotel fees, shipping instructions, and additional hotel-related information click here.

Table Assignments
Table assignments will be made by AEA based upon the receipt of the completed exhibitor application and payment of the fee.  Exhibitors will be notified of their table assignment approximately 30 days before the conference.  AEA reserves the right to alter the floor plan if deemed necessary for the good of the overall conference program and trade show.

Breakdown:  Saturday, May 30, 2009

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of exhibit space applications must be received in writing no later than Friday, April  24, 2009.  All fees paid will be refunded minus a $250 processing fee.  No refunds will be issued after this date for cancellations.  Please fax notice of cancellation to (410) 933-5716.
