AEA is extending the early conference registration deadline to April 15, 2009 in an effort to better accommodate our colleagues during these difficult economic times.  We are putting together an exciting conference, and we hope you will be able to join us as we learn ways to continue to strengthen our organizations.

The conference is May 27-30 in Chicago at the magnificent Palmer House Hilton, the oldest continuously operating hotel in the United States.  Chicago offers a wide variety of shopping venues, food, and attractions.  Some of the most notable attractions are the Sears Tower, the Navy Pier, Hancock Observatory, and Millennium Park.  Take part in some great tours such as the Hull House tour and Barack Obama Tour.

Not only will you get a chance to learn valuable information from the great workshops presented at the conference, but you’ll get a chance to experience and enjoy the Windy City.  Explore the website to learn more about the conference and fun things to do in Chicago.

Make sure to reserve your hotel room for May 27th through the 30th in the AEA block no later than Monday, April 27, 2009 by calling 877-865-5321 and mention Adoption Exchange Association to receive our negotiated discounted rate of $159 per night plus tax. Reservations made after this date are subject to rate and space availability.
