videographer to produce video highlighting adoption professionals

I-CARE, the Initiative to Creative Adoption Ready Employees, is AEA's new national workforce development project that is designed to promote adoption as a meaningful career choice to job seekers, develop the skills of workers, and retain workers to reduce attrition and improve adoption rates. The program is funded through the Dave Thomas Foundation, individual donations, and our members.

AEA is seeking a videographer to launch AEA's new program, I-CARE. The videographer will produce a video with the goal of promoting the value and benefit of a career in adoption to job seekers. The video will highlight adoption professionals expressing the many ways they impact the lives of children through adoption. The video is meant to be a persuasive documentary-style piece to educate the viewer about the people who have chosen to enter the field of adoption.  We hope to encourage the viewer to consider joining the profession and visit the I-CARE webpage to learn more.

The proposal must be sent to the RFP Coordinator Contact listed below, to be received no later than February 15, 2018.
