Learn about pilot programs and data analysis by the 2019 fellows of the minority leadership development program at AdoptUSKids. Webinar participants will learn more about three action research projects from 2019 cohort centered around resource family recruitment and retention strategies. Topics include: Washington State's assessment of implicit agency barriers for prospective families of color, California's screening tool to retain foster parents and Florida's family-center approach to adoption preparation. The presentation will be followed by a facilitated chat discussion with webinar participant, and the 2019 fellows: Trey Rabun, Ligia Cushman, and April Ludwig.

Note: AEA will be offering continuing education credits through NASW to all attendees who need them. Please note that this webinar is free for AEA members but costs $25.00 for non-members.
