keynote speaker

We are excited to introduce Claudia Fletcher as our keynote speaker this year. Claudia has been serving as an adoption and child welfare professional for 18 years and has raised twelve adopted children to adulthood. Through these experiences she has developed a tool box of resilience strategies that she will share to motivate and encourage all those attending the conference. As humor is one of her most effective strategies, anticipate hearing several great stories and enjoying bouts of laughter. Adoption work is hard and often goes unappreciated. Building a spirit of resilience is crucial for anyone involved in the work of forming families through adoption, especially when working with kids from hard places.
